Richard Parks, Senior Pastor

Before assuming the role as Senior Pastor of Greensboro Baptist Church, Pastor Richard served seven years as the Associate Pastor.  Now, serving in his new role, Pastor Richard is leading the church to Love God, Love Others, and Serve the Lord with passion.

Pastor Richard has a Graduate of Divinity from Trinity College.  Richard, along with his wife Sharon, raised three girls who each continue to follow and serve Christ.

Thomas Wojnarowski, Pastor of Worship and Growth

Pastor Tom is the most recent addition to the Greensboro Baptist Church staff. Pastor Tom will be working with Pastor Richard to lead our congregation to grow and mature in our spiritual walk and in evangelizing our community. He also leads our music and drama ministries.

Pastor Tom and his wife Joy have 9 children. Currently, 6 of their children live at home and are active in our congregation.

Joel Kurz, Youth Pastor

Joel spent three years volunteering at his church in Lakeland, FL before coming to Greensboro.  He and his wife have served for five years and are currently in the process of being sent out by G.B.C. to plant a new church in the heart of Baltimore.

Joel has a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Spurgeon College.  He and his wife, Jess, have two little girls.


Mary Lou Gleockler, Ministry Assistant

Mary Lou has served as the ministry assistant at GBC for 9 years.  She and her husband, Robert, have raised three children and are active in the community.
